Ongoing education and training ensures a qualified, satisfied and productive workforce. The Workforce Partnership offers a variety of services to help businesses motivate and educate their workforce.
ON-THE-JOB TRAINING (OJT)
Employers can take advantage of On-the-Job Training programs and be reimbursed for up to 50 percent of the wages or salaries earned by eligible new workers during their training period. One-Stop Career Center staff handle the recruitment, placement and pre-screening at no-cost to employers. For more information, please contact any of our One-Stop Career Centers and ask for the Business Strategist.
CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS

The State of California Employment Training Panel (ETP) provides training funds to upgrade employees' current skills, retrain workers and meet the unique training demands of California's business community. For information on the State of California Employment Training Panel, click here.
