NOTE: This is a special session of the Youth Council and additional stakeholders have been invited. Therefore all participants will have the opportunity to discuss all items on the agenda.
The mission of the School-to-Career Youth Council is to advocate for and sustain an integrated regional youth development system while the vision is to maximize the opportunities for San Diego County's youth to develop and achieve their potential.

A special meeting of the Executive Committee may be called if there is not a quorum of the full Youth Council. If this should occur, please note that public comment will be limited to items already listed on the Agenda.
