ANNUAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS RETREAT
At the January 12, 2005 meeting the Board of Directors decided to meet on February 9, 2005 for their annual strategic planning retreat. Peggy Hanley of the Centre for Organizational Effectiveness will facilitate.
Call to order and note of attendance
PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public shall have the opportunity to address the Board on any issue not on this agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Board. The Chair determines time allotted to each speaker. However, comments are generally limited to no more than three (3) minutes total per subject, regardless of the number of those wishing to speak. Anyone desiring to address the Board under “Public Comment” must submit a “Request to Speak” form prior to the meeting.
