The San Diego Workforce Partnership, Inc. (Workforce Partnership), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified bidders for Customer Survey Research Services.  The Workforce Partnership serves as both the grant recipient and administrative entity for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and other federal and state job-training funds in San Diego County, California. 

The Workforce Partnership is seeking a qualified organization/consultant to provide ongoing survey research services to gather and analyze performance and customer satisfaction information from the Workforce Partnership’s customers, both job seekers and business customers.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is primarily intended for those vendors that can provide customer telephone interview services and necessary expertise in accordance with the Scope of Work specifications.  These critical areas of expertise include: telephone survey administration, customer survey instrument design and administration, survey methodology, data collection and reporting, and survey results analysis.  Also desirable are a demonstrated understanding of the Workforce Investments Act’s requirements to measure performance and customer satisfaction, and familiarity with the operations and customers needs of employment and training programs.

Questions will be accepted in writing until June 7, 2005.  Answers, and any Addenda to this RFP, will be posted on www.SanDiegoAtWork.com, and emailed to those known to have received the RFP.

Those interested and qualified are invited to submit a proposal as instructed in the RFP.  The Workforce Partnership must receive proposals marked “Proposal for Customer Survey Research Services” at the address given above no later than 3:00 p.m., PDT, on June 14, 2005.   Proposals arriving after the time and date specified will not be accepted.
