BOARD ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our governing boards are committed to providing more than a job training system. They are dedicated to ensuring a strong network of programs and services that empower San Diego County job seekers, while offering businesses opportunities and valuable information. Our governing boards also have a mandate under the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 to ensure that as our economy moves into the 21st Century, our education, job training and workforce development system does too.

MEETINGS

Agendas and meeting minutes for all Board and Committee meetings are posted on this site for the convenience of members of the public. Anyone with an interest in workforce development issues is invited to attend any scheduled meeting of our Boards and subcommittees.
