Dear Friends and Colleagues:
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was signed in to law by President Barack Obama on February 17, 2009. Its intent is to preserve and create jobs, foster and promote the nation’s economic recovery and assist those most impacted by the current recession. On April 11, 2009, the San Diego Workforce Partnership received $23,800,000 to help jumpstart these efforts within our region. More.
